Rogbid SR15 smart ring costs just $100

Rogbid has unveiled the SR15 smart ring, priced at just $100. That makes it a particularly affordable option among devices of this type.

Rogbid SR15 smart ring: design and durability

The new ring comes in black, silver and gold, with sizes ranging from 7 to 14. It weighs only 3.2 g and is just 3 mm thick. According to the company, the casing is made from a titanium alloy and carries an IP68 protection rating.

Health and activity tracking

The ring can monitor heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, stress levels and sleep.

It also supports tracking for more than 100 types of exercise, while counting steps, calories and the other metrics offered by standard activity trackers. Through vibration alerts, the ring can notify users about selected events on their smartphone.

Gesture controls and battery life

A notable feature is the ability to control certain functions directly with the ring. It supports a gesture-control system that lets users skip videos, control music and navigate content with a simple double tap.

Battery life is rated at 5 days, while the accompanying case provides a further 5 days of power.
